We accept returns for any reason and issue a refund or store credit. Anything purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. Orders can be returned within 30 days and we will issue a refund. To return the item, Shipping costs are deducted from the amount you get back.
Damaged goods during shipment
Make sure to check your item (s) as soon as you receive your package. Any damage caused by delivery must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of the item (s). In the event that you receive your item (s) and it has been damaged during shipping, please send an email immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include an image and description of the damaged goods. This information is very helpful for us to ensure that our items are bundled and shipped properly. We will refund the damaged goods and you can place the order again.
